DJR Custom Song Request

Regular price $100.00 $65.00 Sale

Please read this description before making a purchase.

DJR Paid Song Request

Submit your song request and DJ Russticals will create a professionally rebassed version of the track of your choice, engineered specifically for high-performance car audio systems.

Limited Availability

Custom song requests are offered in limited quantities to ensure each project receives the time and attention it deserves.

  • Only 4 custom song requests are accepted per release day.
  • Request slots are available only on:
    • Sunday
    • Tuesday
    • Thursday
  • Once all 4 slots are sold per day, this product will automatically show as Sold Out until the next release day.

If the product is sold out, all available slots have been claimed for that day. Check back on the next release day.

How It Works

  1. Submit the song you want rebassed using the request form.
  2. Select your genre, desired frequency range, and whether you want a DJR intro drop.
  3. Complete checkout.
  4. I will personally review your submission to determine whether the track is suitable for rebassing.
  5. Once the work is completed, you will receive a private download link by email.

Important Notes

Not every song is a good candidate for rebassing.

If your requested song cannot be completed, I will contact you directly with available options, which may include:

  • Choosing a different song
  • Receiving an off-tune rebass for that request
  • Receiving a full refund

Previously Released Songs

If you request a song that I have already produced and you would like it:

  • Retuned to a different frequency
  • Rebuilt without the DJR intro
  • Modified in another custom way

I can absolutely do that.

Simply include those details in the Song Request Details field along with the song title, artist name, desired frequency, and any specific notes or instructions.

Please note that even if the song already exists in my catalog, custom retuning or rebuilding still requires additional production time and processing.

Because of that, the price remains the same as a new custom request.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your card is only authorized. The money does not leave your account immediately.

Your payment is captured only after the work has started, similar to how Amazon authorizes your card when you place an order but does not finalize the charge until the product ships.

Please Provide

For each song request, include:

  • Artist names
  • Song titles
  • Desired tuning
  • Any special notes or preferences

When you submit a song, keep it within the same genre you selected during checkout.

If the song submitted in your request do not match the genre selected, I reserve the right to:

  • Invoice you for the applicable price difference before work begins, or
  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Please choose your genre honestly to avoid delays in processing your request.

Please note that turnaround times may vary depending on current workload and the complexity of your request. More advanced or time-intensive projects may require additional time and, in some cases, additional fees. If that happens, you will be contacted for approval before any work begins.

If you do not receive your initial order confirmation email immediately after checkout, or if your completed download email does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check your email spam/junk folder and whitelist info@djrussticals.com.

Because emails containing download links and attachments are sometimes flagged as high-risk by email providers, it is your responsibility to check all folders before contacting support.

Important Terms

  • Due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
  • I reserve the right to decline any request that is not suitable for processing.

Q&A 🔥

There has been a lot of interest in custom / paid tracks lately, and with that has come a lot of questions, confusion, and a few people thinking this replaces the normal “free” request system. It does not. So I want to clear everything up in one place.

The regular DJR content flow is not changing. New tracks / packs are still being made for the app, and USB releases like always and forever 😁 The paid request line is simply a separate option for people who want a guaranteed custom song made specifically for them instead of hoping their song eventually gets picked from the free request pile within my app.

Q. What is the difference between the free app request and the paid song request?

A. Free song requests are a perk for DJR App subscribers. If you are an app user, you can submit song ideas through the free request form. Those requests help me see what people want, and I do pull ideas from there for future app, and USB releases.

But the free request system is not guaranteed. It is basically a request pool. There are a ton of requests in there (30,000+) and I cannot possibly do every single one. Songs are chosen based on demand, suitability, production value, and what makes sense for the larger DJR catalog.

A paid song request is different. That is a guaranteed custom edit built specifically for you. It is private, delivered directly to you, and does not get added to the app, USBs, or public catalog. That song is yours.

Q. Can anyone buy a paid request, or is it only for app subscribers?

A. Anyone can purchase a paid request through the website. You do not have to be an app subscriber to buy one.

The free request system is for app subscribers. The paid request system is open to anyone who wants a guaranteed private custom track without waiting on the free request lottery.

Q. The website says sold out. What gives brother?

A. Paid request slots are intentionally limited. I only allow a small number through at a time because I do not want the queue turning into a disaster where people are waiting forever.

Right now, there are only 4 paid request slots available per release day, and those slots open on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Once those slots are gone, the product will show as sold out until the next release day. Currently at the time of me making this post. There is two available spots right now.

This is done on purpose. It keeps the turnaround time realistic and makes sure every custom track actually gets the time and attention it deserves.

Q. Why would I pay for a custom track when free requests exist?

A. Like I said earlier free requests are NOT guaranteed at all. Paid requests are.

Free requests are great if you have a song idea and you are fine with it possibly being picked later for a public DJR release. But if you need a specific song done for your vehicle, your system, your demo style, your competition needs, or whatever exact goal you have in mind, then paid requests are the way to make that happen.

This option is not for everybody, and that is fine and I understand that. There is already a massive amount of DJR content available on the app and USBs. But over the years, hundreds of people have messaged me asking for private custom work, and I turned them down because I was too busy keeping the main catalog moving. This is finally a clean way to offer that service without derailing everything else.

Q. Will my paid request be released publicly later?

A. No. Paid custom requests are private.

If you pay for a custom song, that edit is made for you and delivered to you only. It will not be added to the DJR App, USB updates, or future public releases.

That is a huge difference between paid requests and free app requests. Free requests, if selected, become public DJR content. Paid requests are private custom work.

Q. What kind of custom tracks can I request?

A. You can request songs for daily demos, hair tricks, competition setups, long continuous bass lines, low-frequency demos, mid-range musical builds, higher tuning systems, or just a song you have always wanted Russtified properly.

The more specific you are, the better. Tell me the artist, song title, desired tuning, vehicle/system goals, and any notes that matter. If you want something made for hair tricks, say that. If you want continuous bass for demoing or comp, say that. If you need it built around lows or a certain frequency range, include that too.

I cannot promise every song is a perfect candidate, because some tracks simply do not have the right structure, key, timing, or space to rebuild cleanly. But if there is a way to make it work, I will figure it out.

Q. Can I request whatever frequency I want?

A. Yes, but with one important warning: bass notes are still musical notes.

A properly rebassed track needs the new bass line to work with the original or relative key of the song. I do not just randomly pick frequencies and slap bass over a track like a drunk raccoon with audacity. The music dictates where the bass should naturally land.

If you request a certain frequency range and it does not work naturally with the song, I will contact you before moving forward. At that point, you can decide whether you want the track built in the frequency range that sounds best musically, or whether you still want your preferred tuning even if it may sound less natural.

The bass will still hit, but some frequency ranges may not sound as clean or musical if they fight the original song. If that becomes an issue and you do not want to take the risk, I can offer you the option to choose a different song or receive a refund before the work begins.

Q. What frequency options are available?

A. You can choose Low, Mid, or High tuning at no extra charge.

Low is for the deepest possible bass extension. Mid is a balanced option that keeps low-end depth while staying musical. High is for systems that perform better in the upper bass range. You choose this with the drop-down menu and also specify in the description of what range you’re actually looking for.

There is also an option to receive all three variants of the same song for an additional fee. That gives you Low, Mid, and High versions so you can test what works best in your vehicle.

Q. Can I choose whether the track has a DJR intro drop?

A. Yes. You can choose the DJ Russticals intro drop or no intro drop. There is no extra charge either way and unlike others that would charge for their signature or charge to have it removed. I don’t charge at all. I feel like that’s so unfair. Some people want the full DJR flavor. Some people want a cleaner private version without the intro. Either way is fine 🔥

Q. What do I get with a paid song request?

A. You get one professionally rebassed custom track made specifically for you and delivered by private email download link. The file being delivered is a high-quality MP3, 320 kbps at 48 kHz. You choose the genre, frequency range, and whether you want the DJR intro drop included. The track is tuned around your request and built with the same attention to detail I put into the main DJR catalog. And again, because this keeps confusing people: paid requests are private. They do not go public. They do not get added to the app. They do not go into USB packs. They are yours.

Q. Why do some genres cost more?

A. Because not all music takes the same amount of work.

Hip-Hop, Rap, R&B, Soul, Dance, and Pop are generally more straightforward for rebass work, so those are included at the base price.

Other genres can require more cleanup, reconstruction, editing, timing work, and problem-solving. Electronic, Country, Alternative, Latino, and Rock can all be more time-consuming depending on the song. Rock especially can be a whole different animal because the low end is often messy, live, distorted, or fighting with the kick, bass guitar, and mix.

The price reflects the amount of labor involved. This is NOT just bass boosting or using cheap stems and samples in audacity. I am rebuilding and tuning the track so it works on real systems.

Q. Why does one custom track cost what it costs?

A. Because this is real production work, not a button press.

I have over $65,000 invested into a fully built-out studio with the digital and analog equipment needed to do this properly. This is not some quick bass boost, preset slap, or lazy low-end EQ trick. A proper rebass takes actual production work, actual monitoring, actual processing, and actual experience.

The whole track gets touched. The bass line has to be created or reconstructed, tuned to work with the original song, balanced against the mix, cleaned up, processed, checked, adjusted, and made usable for serious car audio systems.

There are others that been charging $100 or more just for basic mastering work, and that usually does not include reconstructing bass lines or creating something that does not exist in the original files. Custom DJR work takes time, skill, ears, experience, and a whole lot of trial and error.

Ilove my supporters, and I am trying to keep this fair, but I also have bills to pay and only so many hours in a day. These private songs do not go into the public catalog, so I cannot recover that time through app releases, or USB sales. The paid request price covers the custom labor.

Q. What happens if I request a song that does not work?

A. Not every song is a good candidate for rebassing.

Some songs do not have enough room in the mix, have poor source quality, strange timing, difficult key movement, or arrangements that simply do not leave enough space for a clean bass line to be rebuilt properly.

A good example would be certain types of death metal or extremely fast aggressive music. It is not that I cannot work with heavy music, but when a song is too fast, too dense, too transient-heavy, or constantly changing, there may not be enough stable space for deep bass to develop and play cleanly on large car audio systems.

Big subwoofer systems need the bass to have structure. There has to be enough time and space for the note to breathe, build pressure, and stay controlled. If the song is nothing but rapid hits, blast beats, sharp transients, and constant movement, forcing deep bass into it can make the track sound unstable, messy, or just unsatisfying in real playback.

There is a rhyme and reason behind everything I do. I am not just throwing low notes wherever they fit on paper. The song has to support the bass musically and physically. If it does not, the end result will not meet the DJR standard.

If your requested song cannot be completed properly, I will contact you before moving forward. From there, you may be able to choose a different song, accept an alternate version if one makes sense, or receive a full refund.

I am not going to force a bad track just to take your money. If it cannot be done correctly, we will handle it the right way.

Q. Can I request a song you already made before, but with changes?

A. Yes. If I have already produced a song and you want it retuned to a different frequency, rebuilt without the DJR intro, or modified in some other custom way, that can be done through the paid request system. But it still counts as a custom request because it still takes time to reopen, rebuild, retune, process, and export the track. Even if the song already exists in some form, custom changes are still custom work, so the price remains the same.

Q. What information do I need to provide?

A. Please include the artist name, song title, desired tuning, and any special notes or preferences.

Keep the song within the same genre you selected during checkout. If you choose a cheaper genre but submit something from a more expensive category, I reserve the right to either invoice you for the difference before work begins or cancel and refund the order. Please choose honestly. It avoids delays and saves both of us from playing checkout detective.

Q. How long does it take?

A. Standard turnaround is typically 2–4 business days.

Expedited processing is available for an additional fee and moves your request to the front of the production queue for same-day or next-business-day delivery.

Turnaround can vary depending on the complexity of the song, the current workload, and whether your request needs extra communication before work begins.

Q. Is the payment taken immediately?

A. When you place an order, your card is authorized first. The payment is captured once the work begins, similar to how many online stores authorize a card when the order is placed but finalize the charge when the order moves forward.

Once work has started, the request becomes non-refundable because it is a custom-made digital product. If the song cannot be completed, you will be offered a refund or another solution.

Q. Where will my completed song be delivered?

A. Your completed file will be delivered by private download link to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within the expected timeframe, and whitelist info@djrussticals.com so your delivery email does not get buried by your email provider.

Q. Does this mean fewer public DJR releases?

A. No. The regular DJR catalog is not stopping, slowing down, or being replaced like I have mentioned earlier.

The app will still get new content. USBs will still get updates. The paid request line is just a separate lane for people who want something private and specific made for them. That is also why the paid request slots are limited. I am not letting private requests take over the entire production schedule. The main catalog still matters, and Russticals Nation still gets fed. This paid request line is for the people who have wanted something personal, private, specific, or competition-focused. It is for the people who do not want to gamble on the free request queue and would rather lock in a guaranteed custom edit built for their system, their vehicle, and their goals.
